When we receive Jesus, it’s more than a decision; it’s a divine union. Like a sacred marriage, we die to our old selves and take on a new identity in Him. We no longer live for ourselves; Christ now lives through us. What belongs to Christ is ours, not by earning it, but by covenant. In the Spirit, we are His body on earth, fulfilling the will of Christ in heaven.
What belongs to Christ is ours, not by earning it, but by covenant.
All that defines Jesus, His righteousness, authority, glory, and inheritance, now belong to us as believers. This is not pride or blasphemy; it’s the truth Jesus died to give us. To reject it is to reject the fullness of His gift. God resists the proud, not those who receive His promises. You are a co-heir with Christ. Let your life boldly reflect that you are not just following Jesus, you are one with Him, carrying His name, His nature, and His power.
CONFESSION
I am crucified with Christ; I accept everything that has been given to me in Jesus Christ. They apply to me too; they are my new realities.
