No matter how frustrated you may feel, you can’t change the fact that your parents are your parents. Similarly, as a born-again Christian, God appoints a spiritual father to guide you toward maturity. Leaving or rejecting this person out of annoyance or selfishness disrupts God's order. True liberty in Christ does not mean disorder. Even if you feel you know more, respect the role of your spiritual father.

Mentors can guide you in specific areas, but they’re not meant to replace your spiritual or biological fathers. God wants you to grow holistically, with both guidance and mentorship. Humbly submit to your spiritual/biological father and embrace the wisdom of mentors, letting God be glorified in your walk of faith. Stay teachable and aligned with His purpose.
